The 2018-2022 Report of the Prima Programme is now available online! 5 years of activities, 202 projects funded, 70 of them coordinated by Italian research units. Among these is the PROSIT Project, in the Farming System area, is led by the University of Padua, currently underway, and aims to make vine plants resilient to water stress. With a budget of more than EUR 285 million, PRIMA promotes research and innovation in the Euro-Mediterranean area, funding projects related to climate change, sustainable use of natural resources, and food security.
In Italy, the Ministry of Universities̀ and Research is the promoter and main funder of the PRIMA Programme, and is supported by the Italian Secretariat of PRIMA, which is launching a nationwide dissemination and promotion campaign of all Italian projects.
