After four months of generating lab-grown cuttings from Sicilian (Nero d’Avola and Grillo) and Algerian (Moscato and Ahmar Bouamar) field grapevines, they are finally ready for grafting! For each variety, we grew three different biological replicates, of which we obtained 50 to 100 cuttings for each.
These varieties will be grafted with sequenced Pinot Noir (PN40024) grown in vitro conditions.
